La Esperanza is a delicious wholefoods café owned by Byron Bay born Lucy and her Mexican husband. The mostly vegan menu plus the best coffee in town had us visiting again and again… Visit family run Yeikame for the homemade blue corn tortillas and dishes you can’t find anywhere else in town.
